WELCOME BACK TO YOGA
You are not alone if your yoga practice took a back seat during this past last year. We welcome you all back at your pace! Join us by attending in-studio classes, outdoor classes, taking classes from the comfort of home, or all. Generally speaking, we recommend trying to commit to 2-3 classes a week whether it’s at home or in person to see the best results in your mind+body. For more information about home practice, LAB+home has everything you need to take your classes anywhere you go.
Our studio prioritizes the health & safety of our students, teachers and faculty. We work closely with our Environmental Health Officers at Island Health to ensure our facility goes above and beyond when it comes to safety precautions, cleaning standards and wellness checks.
