We’re ready to support all your summer needs. 

WELCOME BACK TO YOGA

You are not alone if your yoga practice took a back seat during this past last year. We welcome you all back at your pace! Join us by attending in-studio classes, outdoor classes, taking classes from the comfort of home, or all. Generally speaking, we recommend trying to commit to 2-3 classes a week whether it’s at home or in person to see the best results in your mind+body. For more information about home practice, LAB+home has everything you need to take your classes anywhere you go.

Our studio prioritizes the health & safety of our students, teachers and faculty. We work closely with our Environmental Health Officers at Island Health to ensure our facility goes above and beyond when it comes to safety precautions, cleaning standards and wellness checks.  To learn more about closures and re-openings, click here.

This offering takes our Align flow Style grounding and steady Vinyasa practice, and adds a whole lot of extra CORE focused challenge.

ROOTS + NIDRA

A foundational, consistent and grounding yoga sequence followed up 15 minutes of beautiful yoga nidra guided meditation.

INTERMEDIATE FLOW

A functional, ergonomic, athletic, and therapeutic practice that aims to maintain your spinal curves.

FULL BODY

Pilates flow combines aspects of flow yoga with intense core work as well as hip opening and a final deep rest.

    Late Cancel Fee

    If you are unable to early cancel 4 hours or more before the start time of your class we will charge $20 to your card on file.

    No Charges for Sick Students
