NEW TO OUR STUDIO
Below are 4 general areas that you’ll want to complete or familiarize yourself with before you arrive at the studio. When in doubt, arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of your first class with comfy stretchy clothes and we can take care of you.
We recommend new students start with the Introductory Month and plan to practice 2-3 times a week. This way you can try the unique variety of class styles, heat settings and teachers.
This unlimited pass is intended to help you determine what direction you’ll go in at the end of your 30 days. If you enjoyed 2-3 classes/week, then you’ll know you fall in the first column of purchase options. We have options for all students and you may fall in line with the second column.
Please note, our studio does not provide refunds
Cancellation Policy: If you have pre-registered for a class, and can no longer make it, please ensure you cancel at least an hour before the start time of the class. Otherwise you will be charged for the class.
FREEZE OR CANCEL

We are an independently owned yoga studio, proudly offering grounding yoga sequences in a heated room. We also offer a thoughtful schedule of yoga & mindful fitness classes with varying heat settings.
