Our studio offers a varying level of heated and non-heated classes and styles ranging from Flow to Yin, along with fun fitness infused mat based classes.

Studio Etiquette

June 1 – 7  Members Gratitude Week

This is a week of classes that are just for LiveWELL monthly, yearly, SunRISE members, teachers and ambassadors.

June 8 – Open to all new and seasoned clients

Mid-June/July onwards – as the demand for classes increases, we will be adding more classes on the schedule to support our clients.

Step 1

Due to the nature of COVID-19 we are asking all clients to fill out a new waiver.  We’ll be sending this new waiver out to all clients soon via email.

Step 2

With class capacities capped at 14 students, we will not be accepting any walk in clients.  Please pre-register in advance, and if class is full, you will be added to the waitlist.  You will get a text notification 2 or more hours before class starts to notify you if you have been added to the class.

Step 3

We have made many minor and some bigger adjustments to our policies for our community, which means it is really important that you take a moment to read through our Community Commitment letter, and our new Studio Etiquette.

NO SHOW FEES

Join one of our experienced teachers for an in home experience.  At a time that suits your schedule you can choose from a variety of class styles and teachers at any time of the day! Below are the 3 step instructions to watch classes On Demand.

Early Cancel means cancelling out of a class 2 hours or more before it starts saving you the No Show Fee.  There are 2 ways to do this.

Yoga Lab Mobile App:

Find the class you signed up for, click on the class name and then select the big red button that says “Cancel Booking”. 

Mind Body Browser:

Click the log-in button from the above menu, click “My Info”, then click “My Schedule” and then click “cancel” from the class that is listed.

No Show Fee Process

If you are unable to early cancel from your class 2 hours or more before it starts, we will manually charge your card on file a $20 No Show Fee.  This is typically done at the end of each business day.

No Charges for Sick Students

If you are displaying signs of illness at anytime, we encourage you to early cancel if possible, and if you are in the 2 hour window of the class starting, please email us at hello@yogalabvictoria.ca and let us know you are sick, and we will pull you from the class, and not charge you the fee.

LAB+home

Starting in June, members and pass holders can access LAB+home.  Our current library includes a selection of recorded replay live classes.  Throughout the month we will continue to release new content that is of higher quality, and more in line with our student’s needs.

FAMILIAR TEACHERS

Your virtual classes will be guided and supported by the teachers you know and have connected with. Some of the most skillful, experienced, and inspiring teachers in the city.

EXCLUSIVE CONTENT

Unlimited access to a growing library of specially curated classes for the student on the go.  With varying class lengths, styles, themes and teachers, each week we’ll release new classes that you can load and go.

We welcome new students! You can join our community by attending in studio classes, taking classes from the comfort of home, or both!  Generally speaking, we recommend trying to commit to 2-3 classes a week whether it’s at home or in the studio to see the best results in your mind, body and heart.

Create an profile through our Mind Body Online Account.  Although this waiver is meant for in-studio classes, it is still a required step.

Purchase an Intro Month to access in-studio and online classes.  Or purchase a weekly or monthly LAB+home unlimited pass and take classes from the comfort of home.
