Masks are mandated in all common spaces. They are optional once you are on your mat.

Make sure you come well hydrated to class and drink water during the class and afterwards.

We suggest you eat a snack about 1 hour before you arrive (fruit, vegetables, nuts).

Check In
Please give yourself time to find a parking spot or lock up your bike and check in before class. We open our facility at least 30 minutes prior to any class so you have lots of time to get ready for class. We value your time and will start & end our classes on schedule. We close registration 5 minutes before each class so please make sure you’ve arrived well before then.

Every student is required to complete our release of liability waiver. You can do this online or in person at the studio.

Online Reservations
We offer 36 spots for our sun room classes that can be reserved ahead of time online.  We open reserved spots to drop-in students 10 minutes before the class. To cancel a reservation we require 4 hours notice. Cancellations that occur less than 4 hours before class are subject to a late cancellation fee of $10 if there is a waitlist. No-shows are subject to a $20 fee.

Dress Code
Please wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in and would be comfortable exercising in on a hot day. Please refrain from wearing attire with offensive images or text.

We have students that are sensitive to scents. Please shower off scents before entering into the studio spaces.

Cell Phones
Please turn your cell phones to silent and refrain from using them in our change rooms or studio spaces.

Studio Equipment
Please bring your yoga mat, mat towel and water bottle into the studio with you. Yoga mats can be arranged within the taped spaces outlined on the floor.
We have blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and sweat rags available for your use.

Personal Belongings
You can store your personal belongings in our change room or rent a locker to store valuables. Please don’t bring your keys, wallet or phone into the studio spaces. We are not able to store personal items at the front desk and mats/bags cannot be left at the front entrance.

Please respect silence in the studio classrooms. We know this can be tough! This is one place where people can seek refuge from all the loud sounds of our beautiful bustling city. It’s a practice that helps us realign and reconnect.

Each class concludes with a final savasana and then students are brought back up to seated to close the class.

We provide spray bottles & towels outside each change room that can be used to clean your mat. If you have rented a mat please spray and wipe down the mat and leave it to dry on the rack provided. Our team will collect mats & ensure they are properly sanitized.

Warts…they happen! Please don’t feel ashamed, instead throw on a pair of sock (be extra careful when walking on slippery floors) and remove them once you’ve settled onto your mat. Together we help reduce the spread of these annoying buggers.

Sweat can get stinky. We have showers in our change rooms with natural body wash. Bring along a towel or rent one at the front desk.

Lost Property
We are not responsible for items that are left behind, however found items will be stored in our lost & found. After 1 month we donate the items to our local Women In Need thrift store. If you’ve misplaced an item please ask someone at our front desk to bring you to our lost & found. If it’s not there, please provide a description of the item(s) as well as your contact name & number so we can keep an eye out for it.

Don’t worry if you forget all of this! Our team is available to help you!
