In the first half you’ll experience an active and grounding system of postures specifically designed and sequenced to be practiced in the warmth to strengthen, balance, align and detoxify. The second half, “Yin” is passive, prop supported longer held stretching and consists of only postures low to the ground. This offering is a beautiful balance of Yang and Yin energy.
