New to Yoga? This is a great place to start!

A foundational, consistent and grounding yoga sequence. Expect a “Hatha” style class that is challenging yet accessible. This series of postures is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility and agility. Students will have the opportunity to explore how breath enhances and integrates the practice, and experience a well-rounded mind, body, soul experience.

YANG YIN

A blended class of flow that transitions into yin postures half way through.

YIN

TEMP: 28 Degrees
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles.

BARRE FUSION

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
Strengthening and sculpting principles using isometric movement and high energy.

ALIGN FLOW

A mindful, steady class where the poses flow together in an introduction to "Vinyasa" style class.

HOT FLOW MUSIC

SKILL LEVEL: All Levels/Intermediate
A powerful, unique and accessible class. For those who love to go with the flow and be surprised and challenged by variety.

THE ROOTS (SILENT)

TEMP: 38 Degrees
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
The foundational Roots sequence practiced (mostly) in silence.

YOGA IN DEPTH

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
A weekly practice that delves deeper into the traditional practice of yoga.

PILATES FLOW

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
Pilates flow combines aspects of flow yoga with intense core work as well as hip opening and a final deep rest.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
A short theme will be introduced before settling into guided mindfulness meditation.

BOWSPRING

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
A functional, ergonomic, athletic, and therapeutic practice that aims to maintain your spinal curves.

RISE INTERMEDIATE FLOW

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate
A 90 minute, enriching and challenging practice intended to take the more experienced yogi to the next level and deepen your practice.

SLOW FLOW & MEDITATION

TEMP: Unheated
SKILL LEVEL: All Levels
Working with the foundations of how breath meets movement at a slow, steady and grounding pace in an unheated space.

HOT PILATES FLOW

TEMP: 32 Degrees
