This class is a blend of yoga, pilates, and mindful fitness. Create long, lean muscles while strengthening the core and integrating breath and intention. This class follows the rhythm of a flow yoga class while incorporating a full-body workout through sections of dynamic movement. 

Fluidity, Mindfulness, Cardio, Core, Arms, Abs, and booty – this class has it all.

 

This 90 minute, enriching and challenging practice is intended to take the more experienced yogi to the next level and deepen your practice.

Classes are guided in our Moon Room in a more intimate setting with additional personal attention. RISE master classes are offered to our student community by rotating, experienced faculty at no additional cost – just normal drop-in or within your membership. This offering is a full spectrum of pranayama, creative and dynamic asana, meditation, and mantra. Expect options to go upside down, explore shapes on your hands, play with new transitions, and test your perceived limits. Chances are, if you’ve found and deepened your ROOTS and feel aligned in a foundational flow practice, you’re ready to RISE. See you on the mat!

This offering takes our Align flow Style grounding and steady Vinyasa practice, and adds a whole lot of extra CORE focused challenge.

A foundational, consistent and grounding yoga sequence followed up 15 minutes of beautiful yoga nidra guided meditation.

INTERMEDIATE FLOW

A functional, ergonomic, athletic, and therapeutic practice that aims to maintain your spinal curves.

FULL BODY
