A special 75 minute weekly offering geared toward the intermediate practitioner to immerse yourself in mindful movement and alignment based Vinyasa. This is a well-rounded master-class experience sure to deepen your practice and lead you to challenges beyond your perceived limits. Expect the opportunity to break down more difficult postures, inversions, arm balance play, longer holds, and a chance to explore and experiment with all that your body and mind can do.
