A class that applies the latest research as it relates to anatomy and movement to a traditional ‘Vinyasa’ flow class. Sequences are designed to strengthen and add range of motion for stability and mobility. Students will be invited to explore and investigate the postures in different ways to build body awareness. An accessible, educational exploration of breath and movement.
