WELCOMING SPACE:
We believe every body can benefit from movement and practice. Our studio offers classes for all levels. We are fortunate in that our facility is very large, spacious and with the highest quality ventilation system, allowing for a safe, socially distant experience for all.
AMAZING TEACHERS:
Your practice will be guided and supported by the most skillful, experienced, and inspiring teachers in the city. With 500 hour teacher training certifications and many hours of in studio training, our teachers offer precise and informed support.
VARIETY:
Our facility provides a class experience with heat levels ranging from Warm to Hot depending on the style and the cardiovascular level of a class. Enjoy a variety of yoga styles and fitness classes, such as our signature static sequences, approachable vinyasa flow and stillness through yin + sound classes.
SERVICE:
We offer over 40 in-studio classes per week, and more through our LAB+home library and livestream, so you can schedule your self-care without uprooting your life. Your practice is supported, wherever you are.
VIBRANT COMMUNITY:
Our community extends beyond the classroom with opportunities for volunteering, teacher training, and LAB+home.
